How does the AI allowance work?
Every plan includes the AI features: populating registers from your specifications, generating a programme, summarising and comparing documents, answering questions about them, and analysing tenders. Each plan carries a fair-use allowance sized for the way that plan is used, and it resets at the start of each month. A team running its projects normally never gets near it. If you do get close, the app tells you in Billing, and you can add extra AI capacity for that month or move up a plan. There is a hard stop, so you never get a surprise charge for going over.
Frequently asked questions
What happens when my free trial ends?
The trial runs for 14 days with the AI features included and no credit card required. When it ends, your account becomes view-only. Your projects and data stay exactly as they are, so nothing is deleted. Subscribe to a plan to start editing and running AI again.
How does per-active-project billing work on Pro?
Pro is $199 per active project each month. You can run as many projects as you like, and you are only billed for the ones that are active. Every active project comes with the AI features included under a fair-use allowance.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move between Core, Pro and Max whenever your needs change. If you outgrow Max, or need SSO, a private AI tier or custom terms, get in touch about Enterprise.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Your registers export to Excel and PDF, so your handover data is always yours to take with you. There is no lock-in.
